This Application will be used to add Question and Answer in XML files for a Quiz program or any online Quiz Contest Programs, Online Examinations |

| To whom it will be useful: | |||||||||
|
Consider we have to conduct the online quiz program or online examination, at that time the application will be used to save new Question information, updating and deleting. |

“Quiz Questions Creator “Application allows the user to enter Question and Possible answers. Then input data are stored in the XML file. |
|||||||||
| Steps to Execute: | |||||||||
|
1. This is the Initial view of “Quiz Data “Application. (see Screen 1) First if we give new Question entry click the new “New “ Button, now it is ready for giving data to the corresponding input fields such that Question, Possible answers, Categories, Points and radio buttons, it is use for which one answer is correct selection. |

2. Next we can give the data for all required fields, choose the correct answer option for question. Then select particular “Category” and “Points”. Finally Click “save” button, data will be saved in a XML file. (Here if we already created a xml file or create from this application, it is not a problem). |

3. When we click “Save” button, immediately one message box appear on the screen “Saved”. If we give “OK”, then it will be saved in xml file. |

Then the below window appear on the screen. |

4. Now we can go to previous question by click the “Previous” button, what we entered lastly and modify it if need any changes . If done any change then save the data by click “Save” button and the modification will be saved in xml file. |

5. Now all the buttons are working, so whatever we can do here as like to go “Next” Question, or enter “New” Question data, or “Save” present data, or “Delete” present data, or “Close” the application. But now click “Delete” button, Delete a present question data if it is no need for our requirements. Then a message box will be appeared on the screen and give it”OK”, it will be deleted from the XML file. |

6. now second question is deleted, now the total questions are two, it will be displayed on the application “Number of Question” field. |

If we wish to exit from the application window, then click “Close” button .It will be automatically exit from the application. Here “Next” button not work this time because this entry is a final data .So that the “Next” button is disabled now. |
